Oripets Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Oripets. By creating an account or using Oripets, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must follow all age requirements presented during registration. We may limit or restrict account creation for some age groups while safety and parent-control features are updated.

You are responsible for your account and all activity under it. Keep your login credentials private and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

You agree not to abuse the service, exploit bugs, automate unauthorized actions, harass others, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts.

In-game currency, items, and progress are licensed for use within Oripets only. They have no real-world cash value, are not your personal property, and may be adjusted, removed, or reset as part of game operation, balancing, moderation, or bug correction.

If you post or submit content, you grant Oripets a non-exclusive license to host, display, moderate, and process that content for operation and safety of the service.
7. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create legal or safety risk, or if continued access could harm users or the platform.
8. Service Availability and Changes
Oripets is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may change at any time, and uptime is not guaranteed.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
